Yes, near the end of the series, he gets his eye back and loses his vampirism but regains his lost magic.
Fai's past in only in the manga, a real tearjerker of a past!
Vic Mignogna. :]
no in tsubasa him and korogane are the only characters that are completely original.
I'm not sure when he takes Fai's eye in the Manga but in the Anime he takes it during episode 2 of Tsubasa: Toyko Revalations.
Fai did not get turned into a vampire in Tsubasa Chronicles. His backstory involves a curse that drains his life force, but being turned into a vampire is not part of his character arc in the series.
No, he doesn't. Chii is only Ashura's guardian, a Fay creation, and she looks like Fay's mother. The FayChii's date appears only in Tsubasa's anime, and CLAMP doesn't approve it - CLAMP have rejected Tsubasa's anime.
For Syaoran the clone has one of Fai's blue eyes, so they eye shade/color should be different.
In the manga "Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle," Fai and Kurogane do not have any romantic interactions or a kissing scene. Their relationship is portrayed more as deep friendship and mutual respect.
Yes, in order for him to save his life. this first happened on episode 2 season 3 of tsubasa reservoir chronicles....
Episode: Tokyo Revelations OVA, episode 2. Chapter: 120/121 Book: 16
No. The Chi from Chobits is a persocom but Chi from Tsubasa Reservoir chronicle isn't. That would make her a completley different person (or whatever she is). Of course her knowledge about things is pretty much the same.
Yuuko told Kurogane in "Tokyo" that he's Twice/thrice his age. Kurogane (in Horitsuba Verse.) Is 26 years old. so 26 + 26 + 26 = 78. But Fai is surely over the 100 years old. He just ages more slowly than regular humans. He then loses his magic powers completely later on, but this doesn't change much for he now has vampire blood running through his veins.
