No. The Chi from Chobits is a persocom but Chi from Tsubasa Reservoir chronicle isn't. That would make her a completley different person (or whatever she is). Of course her knowledge about things is pretty much the same.

The syaoran in the begin of the series, is a clone, actually. the SON of MOTHER & FATHER of Syaoran. he got a EYE of R!SYAORAN. so R!syaoran could watch through it, Eventually C!syaoran his heart got a own life, so when R!Syaoran took his eye back. C!Syaoran ate Fai's eye because he still wanted to save sakura. They both love sakura. Spoiler SAKURA in the series in a clone too, In the end clone sakura dissapears, and C!syaoran dissapears too, and R!syaoran pays for that, he pays to continue travelling forever and so sakura is alone again xD
