Yes it sure does. They come in 5mg and 10mg pills. Ask your health care provider if you can start with the 5mg pills to see how you react. Five mg pills don't work for me as I am on 10mg but with either dosage I still feel extremely sedated the next morning. Even after 10 hours of sleep I feel like I could sleep another 10 hours. Flexeril slows down the central nervous system, its in a class of drugs known as benzoprienes (sp?) which slow your body down hence relaxing your muscles. It works wonders but with all drugs there are of course side effects.
