Hi I have muscle cramps once in a while for so many years. But, recently for the almost 6 months, I have been having artery / vein cramps on different parts of both legs from knee downwards. Usually lasted for 30 - 60 seconds.
However, on one occassion it lasted for almost 10 minutes on and off, and it truly hurts. I was screaming in pain.....
Then I started smashing pieces of ginger add to the size of a small egg and infuse in hot boiling water at night an hour after dinner. The same piece of ginger is re-cycled throughout the whole day by adding more hot water to it.
Every night, I start with freshly smashed ginger.
Since I started my ginger drink 2 weeks ago, I have not experience muscle or artery / vein cramps. Really helps.. Anna
