Yes as god loves all no matter what culture you are in.

Another view.

It depends on which god you are referring to, some, if not all are malicious, and 'love' only those that worship them. This according to the priesthood of that particular religion.

It should be remembered that the Judea/Christian/Islam monotheism is not the only nor even the main religion of the world. More people believe in other gods than any of the aforementioned one(s).

To assume that your personal spiritual believe is the only correct one is arrogance, with not a small degree of ignorance included.

God is where you find him or her. In whatever form suits you. Nor is it necessary to do so. Many people have gone through life with no such beliefs. Nor is there any evidence to say they were wrong to do so.

What religious group believed that God made his love equally available to all persons?

This comes from God's word, the bible. Found in Acts 10:34,35 which reads, "God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him." (NWT) This was said after the forming of the Christian congregation, at which time the Jews were no longer God's chosen people. Hence God's love could now extend to people of all nations instead of one chosen group.
