It seems to have all natural ingredients such as tea extracts and caffeine, but that doesn't mean that it is necessarily good for you. It used to have ephedra, but that was taken out because of liver damage and jaundice.

Grizzly straight has a high amount of nicotine, I'm not sure how much though. Pretty much all of the Grizzly's have a high amount of nicotine, especially Grizzly Wintergreen Long cut. Personally I hate wintergreen. Grizzly Straight is my favorite. It's strong and cheap.
I think that when a film has rough cut filming it's picture is rougher and almost jagged compaired to fine cut filming, wich has a fine picture.
