When you try to delete your hotmail account MSN won't let you and says to go to the billing department which then says you have no billing for the account so can anyone please please help me?

How do you delete your Hotmail account?
As per my experience the hotmail account is automatically deleted from their list if the account holder does not login to his own homepage and account of hotmail for a longer period i.e. more than a month. To delete your account you go to the little arrow beside your name at the top right and go to accounts and scroll down until you see a whole bunch of options and it says close account choose that one:)
