Of course not! Emo is a slang word for "emotionally challenged" which is a word for people that hate themselves, or other people and just have really bad feelings in general and (usually) end up taking it out on themselves - a.k.a cutting, etc...
So if having 'emo' hair makes you depressed, gives you suicide thoughts, then yes.
But if it's just a cool hairstyle to you, then no. No, it doesn't. :)
