Rights to a baby in the United States vary by state. I know a situation where a court in the United States awarded a child to the Father and a court in Canada awarded the same child to the Mother. That was a mess! Only a lawyer can advise you what to do in your particular instance.

Answer

If you signed papers giving away parental rights or lost custody through the courts, you have no rights.

Do parents of an 18 year old son have any rights if his 16 year old girlfriend is pregnant?

Not sure what rights you are referring to here. You have no rights to the baby or to tell her what to do regarding whether she would keep it or not. That is only her choice, not even his.

Can a mother decide weather or not her under age child can give their baby up for adoption?

Not in the USA. Only the biological mother decides this and even if she wanted to she could not do it without the father agreeing to it. They might be underage but they have the same rights as all parents to decide regarding their child.

Can parents get their children back even if they signed over their rights?

No. When you surrender your parental rights it is forever (unless you can prove you were not competent to make the decision, i.e. you were under duress, you were mentally incapacitated, etc.).

Should you add to the bundle of rights under copyright protection?

A few countries, most notably France, include a "moral right" which is given to the creator in perpetuity. Moral rights include the right of attribution, the right to have the work published anonymously or under a pseudonym if desired, and the right to preserve the integrity of the work. Even when the "economic rights" to a work are sold or transferred, the creator maintains the moral rights.
