yes homework does take over your lives so we need to fight back
If kids were allowed to vote, it would only take a few minutes and their homework would not get in the way of their voting.
There are many reasons kids are against homework. Some are: They have other things they are interested in and just don't want to take the time to do homework. Also, homework is often not very interesting and it is repetitive in that often it is requires reading a chapter of their texbook and doing a handout or a set of questions at the end of the chapter. Another reason is that kids don't associate the need to learn what they are being taught because it does not seem to apply to their real lives. Finally, some kids are totally addicted to computers and prefer to spend their time playing games instead of expandoing their minds.
These facts are from a study by NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) from 1984 to 2012. Kids were asked "How long did it take to do your homework yesterday?"Only about 4% of kids under 13 say they didn't do their homework; that number increases after kids become teens, with around 11% of teenagers not doing any homeworkBetween 18-35% of all students said they didn't have homework that day40-60% of 9 year olds say they finish their homework in under an hour13 year olds are slightly more likely (56-44%) to finish in under an hour, but 21-29% say they take 1-2 hours to finishTeens 17-18 take longer to do their homework: 26-29% say they can finish in under an hour, but 22-27% say they need 1-2 hours; 10-13% say it takes over 2 hours for homework5-10% of kids under 13 say homework takes over 2 hours to finishThe amount of homework assigned has increased since 1984, but not by as much as people think: in 1984, 22-35% of kids had no homework, while 21-27% reported no homework in 2012
This is a confusing question - I THINK you're asking about doing homework at school, but I'm not sure from the way you worded it. Most kids don't have time to do all of their homework at school so they take it home -thus the name HOMEwork
Some kids do, because their mind will wonder off (mostly because it will get boring for them.) Although, other kids will stay completely focused the entire time. If you just look over at them when they are doing their homework you can definitely tell.
Well, I think kids get a lot of homework so when they bring it to their teacher, that teacher can see if they're struggling in one arrea or if they are in another. Then, when conferences finally come by, then they can discus what the child needs to work on, and hopfully, the parents will work with their child so he / she does well in school, gets a good jobs, earns alot of money, and take awesome vacations every year and are able to afford nice things such as a laptop.
Yeah he is because he lives down the street form me and helps me take care of the orphans down the street... i love those kids their are over 60000 kids at the orphanage.... and we will help over 10000 find homes in the next 16 years... and his baby Mark Bieber that lives their and he goes their to vist him all the time :D
Offer to watch pets, take in mail and/or water plants for families on vacation Offer to help kids younger than yourself (neighbors, other kids in your school or a school close to you) with homework. Many moms struggle to help their own children with homework but the kids are fine with another kid.
i dont think so there to young for that kind of stuff. plus they have homework and they would pay more attion to that them there homework that is why kids cant babtsit. they coudnt take care of them and if 1 got sic kthey woudnt know wat to do. that is why they are to young to have jobs.

This is a homework assignment, WikiAnswers will not do your homework for you because you need to do this yourself so you learn how to research and write.
Yes,but maybe only a sheet every day because homework can take up lots of time and children need fresh air and need to get out of the house. When I was a child I hated how much homework my teacher gave me because it was an unnescessary amount. So yes, but not alot.
