HPMA is a short name for Hydrolyzed Polymaleic Anhydride Cas No. 26099-09-2. It has good tolerance in high temperature(330℃). HPMA has obvious threshold effect under high temperature (350℃) and high pH(8.3)level, suitable to be used in alkaline water system or built with agents. It has good scale inhibition against carbonate and phosphate scales under temperature 300℃ with effective time as long as 100 hours.

Application of plate heat exchanger?

The plate heat exchanger is used in multiple systems in the field of HVAC, including geothermal water heating systems, instantaneous domestic hot water systems, semi-instantaneous domestic hot water systems, swimming pool constant temperature maintenance systems, solar hot water systems, etc.Plate heat exchanger systems provide plate heat exchanger designs for each application:1. Geothermal water heating system: The heat exchanger acts as a separate device for the host of the heat pump and the open cold and heat source, which overcomes the corrosion of sensitive equipment such as the host by water quality.2. Domestic hot water system: The good heat transfer performance makes the plate heat exchanger gradually replace the traditional container heating system, with a smaller area and more economical investment.Instantaneous domestic hot water system-to ensure that users have hot water supply anytime, anywhere, compact system, no storage tank required, large boiler capacity required, large heat exchanger Semi-instantaneous domestic hot water system—requires smaller boiler capacity, smaller heat exchanger, easy to grow bacteria in the storage tank, and requires additional places for the storage tank.3. Swimming pool constant temperature maintenance system: Install a heat exchanger to make the pool water circulate independently. In order to avoid the corrosion of the plate by the chloride ion in the pool water, please choose the plate material carefully.4. Solar hot water system: As one of the clean energy sources, solar energy has attracted more and more attention. By using a heat exchanger, the loop for collecting solar energy and the loop for domestic hot water can be separated, thereby effectively protecting it. Cleanliness of the domestic hot water loop.If you want to know more, you can search:YOJO

What Temperature diesel burns at?

2. What is the autoignition temperature of a) Petrol 246°C b) Diesel 210°C" http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2005/EileenTang.shtml Also check http://vitzy.net/forum/Diesel-Burning-Ratio-t1229.html Do not confuse autoignition with sustained flame temperature, which can vary widely due to a number of contributors. Flame temperature of openly-burned diesel at sea level in an environment of 70°F at 80% humidity can range from 900°C to 1200°C, due to factors such as completion of burn, particle size, etc. A good 'general answer' would be 1200°C, but the technically correct answer is a range, not a specific number.

What is hedp atmp pbtca edtmps water treatment chemical?

They belong to phophonates, can be used as anti-scalent and corrision inhabitor in circulating cooling system, performances are quite good.

Can you mix two type of transformer oil like shell diala B and nytro 10XN and how or what percentages?

One can mix shell Dial Oil B and nytro 10xn at 2 parts shell Diala and one part nytro 10xn. The advantages would be good pouring flow even at low temperature Both oils are napthenic.

What is the expansion ratio of lpg gas?

Of course it depends on the target pressure and temperature, so I don't have an exact answer, but I can show you how to make a good guess can form the density of liquid propane and the ideal gas law. The density of the liquid material at average sea-level atmospheric pressure and at its boiling temperature I have looked up and found to be 582 kg/m3. The gas at 25 C and average sea-level atmospheric pressure has a density of (moles*Molecular weight)/Volume = (Pressure*molecular weight)/(ideal gas constant*absolute temperature). Pressure = 1 atmosphere Molecular weight = 0.0441 kg/mole Ideal gas constant = [0.00008206 M3 Atm / K] Absolute temperature = 298.15 (i.e., 25 C) or density = 1 Atm * 0.0441 kg/mole / (0.00008206 M3 Atm /K * 298.15 K) = 1.8025 Kg/M3 Literature seems to say 1.8324 Kg/M3 (which is the same as g/L). This is simply because the ideal gas law is only an approximation -- this gas is close to it liquefaction point, so it is showing some discrepancy from ideal behavior. The expansion Ratio to get to standard conditions is therefore close to 582/1.80, or ~320

Can termosat on boiler fail?

Of course it can fail. Look at the temperature of the water in the boiler, turn the stat up and down. You should hear a slight click when the temperature setting and the boiler water temp are appx the same if you do, the stat is probably good. You can verify this with a voltmeter.

What characteristics do trainers look for in a sled dog?

Dogsled dogs need to have speed, endurance, tolerance of cold, and tolerance of dehydration. Surprisingly, overheating is a problem in dogsled teams so dogs must be good at maintaining their body temperature.

Why do you get air in boiler?

Air can enter a boiler for several reasons. It can be due to leaks in the system, improper installation of valves or fittings, or inadequate water pressure in the system. When air enters the boiler, it can cause issues such as reduced efficiency, noisy operations, and potentially damage the system. Regular maintenance and proper installation can help minimize air entry into the boiler.

What do you do when your boiler is overfilled?

Drain it to the correct level so its good

Have a new boiler and new hot water tank but you cannot turn temperature of water down?

If the boiler is feeding the tank as a storage tank then you need a good quality TEMPERING valve and a 27" heat sink loop. If the tank is a stand alone appliance for domestic hot water have the Aqua-stat checked
