That's a tricky question to answer. While hydrocodone does cause a degree of relaxation sometimes bordering on sedation, its dopamine releasing effect can cause a paradoxical burst of energy. People tend to be very talkative on opiates/opioids of all kinds. I even knew a guy who said he used to get the urge to clean his house while on drugs like hydrocodone (oxycodone, heroin, morphine, etc.).

Hydrocodone is usually give with Ibprufren because Tylenol does not have the anti- inflammatory affects that Ibprufren has in it. When hydrocodone is given with the Ibprofren it's normally called Vicoprufren though there are other names for the combo as well
