As with most amphibians the fertilization is external. The female releases the eggs and the male fertilizes them. Amphibians, even toads, need water to reproduce.
Depending on the species, fertilization can occur internally or externally. Water aids the fertilization of some organisms because organisms that reproduce externally need water for fertilization to occur.
Amphibians undergo external fertilization and need to do this in the water. Both the male and female amphibians release their gametes close to each other after which fertilization will take place.
All plants need water.
Simply because they reproduce by means of internal fertilization. The embryos either develop externally inside a soft-shelled egg, or internally in the female reptile.
becaus of all the the bacteria creates nitrates which all plants need
Yes Edited answer: No, only crptogames need water for fertilization. In higher plants like angiosperms, the gametes are non-motile and male gametes reach near the egg for fertilization with the help of pollen tube.
Internal fertilization takes place inside the body of the female. It is necessary for animals which live on land (terrestrial animals) and is retained by aquatic animals descended form terrestrial ancestors eg whales and dolphins. External fertilization takes place outside the body of the female. It usually takes place in water, usually the environment in which the animal lives eg fish and amphibians. This is because eggs and sperm would dry out and die if they are not kept wet. Internal fertilization is more certain than external fertilization so fewer eggs need to be produced. After internal fertilization eggs can be protected and fed while developing inside the mother's body. After external fertilization the eggs are potentially exposed to predators and so must either be produced in very large numbers or protected by the parents or both.

sound waves, water waves, shockwaves need mediums. Electromagnetic waves do not need a medium
Yes. Sound wave is a mechanical wave and needs a medium.
Waves need a medium to propagate themselves through. The waves generated on a pond by a falling droplet need a medium, in this case its the very water of the pond. Sound waves can propagate both though a water medium or an air medium for example. Electromagnetic waves are an exception in that they do not need a medium to propagate through (the can propagate through the void of interstellar space).
