Can a wife file for an uncontested divorce without her husband's signature in Arkansas when they have been separated for 2 full years?

Is any husband can start a divorce case after 10 years of marriage whether you have 2 children?

Yes, if your husband feels (or can prove) he has grounds for a divorce he can do so at any time - length-of-marriage, or not, number of children, or not. You probably should contact an attorney to learn your legal rights.

Say "I'm pregnant and we are getting a divorce, so whether you want the child or not you will still have to pay childsupport"!!!!!

It depends on the state you live in and whether the common law marriage was recognized under state law. If it was then he needs to get a divorce from his first wife and you are not legally married.

What happens to your savings account if you divorce your husband and he is not on it?

In part it depends on where you live, but in most locations, in the absence of an explicit agreement to the contrary (such as a prenuptial contract), whether he is "on it" or not does not matter; it's considered a joint asset.

Should you accept husband and mistress' child?

If your husband has broken off the affair with the mistress then your husband should do the right thing and pay child support, but that does not mean you have to accept the child into the family. If the mistress does not want the child then it is up to you whether you want to help to raise that child. If your husband is still seeing his mistress then pack his bags and kick him out and either file for a separation or divorce.
