NO. As long as they all are the same size.
No, changing the size of your rims and tires will not mess up your transmission. It will mess with your gas mileage and your speedometer though.
First off you should not install tires that are not the correct size. But if you do, make sure the tires on each axle are both the same size. Both front tires same size, and both rear tires same size.
if you have changed the tires to a different size than what was factory size this will throw the speedo out if your car is computerized this can be corrected at mechanic shop if tires are not the problem and no computer, i would say it is more likely to be the speedo head or the actual speedo cable
Tires come in every possible size you could imagine.
First, you should have the same sized tires on all four wheels. You probably already know this and I wonder why you decided to use different size tires on front and back. This combination of tires may be accentuating an already existing problem with your tie rods or suspension. When you start messing around with different sized tires you will be throwing the computer out of wack and causing other problems that you may not have had before. This will especially be apparent with the Quadratrak all wheel drive transmission.
No you do not, the computer will take care of that as long as you don't go real big with the tires.

Increasing tire size from the OEM tires will increase the stress load induced on the driveline. The planetary gears and carriers have to work harder than they were designed for and that creates a problem that leads to premature wear on planetary gears and on many other Automatic transmission components alike.
All the tires should be the same size. If the other tires are in place you should be able to get the size from the other tires. If not the size should be on a plate inside the drivers side door with many other specs.
