2. If it is clear, that means that you are premature and haven't been through or have just puberty yet. This is called precum.

Semen, can take many different colors from clear to a slight yellowish color to white. The definition of precum above is incorrect. Before puberty men do not normally produce any discharge from erections. Precum is produced, after the onset of puberty, as a lubricant during sexual stimulation and does contain live sperm along with some of the main elements of semen.
Just wait about a year, and it will become opaque.
