When a switch is open (wires not connected) it is considered off. When a switch is closed it is considered on. If you move a switch and the wires are not connected the the circuit is open and current cannot run throughout the circuit to power the device.
It causes the motor to spin.
It is where the black wires are connected for branch circuits.
Peripherals are computer components that are connected by wires.
If you are talking about a 4-wire branch circuit you'll need to start with a 220 VAC breaker. It will have two terminals. Connect black and red wires to the two terminals. Doesn't matter in which order you make this connection. The white wire goes to the neutral bus bar where all other white wires are connected. The green or bare wire goes to ground bus where other bare wires are connected.
I'll take that as "How are telephone wires connected?" but it's still unclear what you want to know. Telephone wires are connected just as any other wires are connected. By screw connections, by soldering, by crimping.
None, the pins are on the motherboard or HDD
80 pins I believe this is wrong! IDE cables have 40 pins and 80 wires and IDE cables for notebooks have 44 pins
Spark Plug wires connected incorrectly, or engine is out of time.Spark Plug wires connected incorrectly, or engine is out of time.
Each component in a network connected by wires is called a terminal. Components in a network that are not connected by wires, such as in a shared Wi-Fi connection are also called terminals.

There are two cables connected to the floppy drive; Power cable - 4 pins, Data cable - 34 pins.
Most are connected by wires, some are connected by a wireless connector ('Dongle'). Two of my friends have wireless dongles.
40, 80
15, Out of them one is not connected (NC)
Wire map, a feature unique to twisted-pair installations, shows you which wire pairs connect to what pins on the plugs and sockets. This test quickly detects whether an installer connected the wires to a plug or jack in reverse order.
A typical pressure switch has 4 contacts. You are switching 220 volts. When the switch is open the supply side and pump side are not connected to each other. So you just need to connect the two wires from supply to one side of the switch and the pump to the other. It doesn't matter which wire on a given side is connected to which terminal on that side.
