It doesn't 'say it' in so many words, but it is certainly implied. The Bible says that Eve was to become the original 'mother of everyone living' (Genesis 3:20) and that Adam was to be the father of ALL nations that inhabit the earth (Acts 17:26), so , scripturally, there WERE no other families on earth....siblings, cousins, aunts, etc would have been the only choices for mates. This was not uncommon, even later in time (Genesis 20:12)(Exodus 6:20) and would not, at that time, have been a problem genetically since people were much closer to man's original physical 'perfection' than they are today. Incest did not become a forbidden practice until the Mosaic Law was given to the nation of Israel (Leviticus 18:6+12-14 / Leviticus 20:19+20). In the beginning, God created people to 'stick to their' mates (Genesis 2:24/Ephesians 5:31), and 'become one flesh', so whoever they married, would be their only mate for life.
No the bible does not say so.
Eve's role in the Bible is Adam's wife and the first woman on earth. RAWR !! ^_^ hehe
According to the Bible, Adam and Eve's children, Cain and Abel, likely married their own sisters. This was possible because during that time, there was a limited number of people on Earth, and siblings marrying each other was not condemned until later in history.

well if you believe or live by the bible, the bible says that Adam and eve were the very first people ever. nobody else not Adam, eve, and joey, and bobby. Just Adam and eve. But i do know most scientist believe that there were dinosaurs back then, but that is in the theory of evolution. so no, dinosaurs were not around during Adam and eves time unless god created them after Adam and eve.
It was Cain as Abel was killed.
Probably, yes. First of all, Adam just means 'man' in Hebrew, and Eve means 'living'. So, one possibility is that the original author scarcely thought of a specific man and woman at all. Some scholars believe that the several stories of Adam and Eve were in some cases about different Adams and Eves and in other cases about men and women in general (remembering the actual meanings of Adam and Eve).
