It may depend upon whom you ask. Liberal opinions may say yes, and there are
people who call themselves Jews for Jesus, or Messianic Jews.

The label in the question is an oxymoron. Judaism never acknowledged any divinity
or authority of Jesus, and Christianity believes its followers to have been liberated
from many of the demands and restrictions of Jewish law. Mutually quite exclusive,
if you ask me.
