This is unlikely as he receives so many.
I'm not sure but he DM's (Direct Message) them on twitter!! =)
Maybe. DM him on twitter maybe and find out?
It is impossible to send a DM on Twitter to someone who isn't following you. The user has to follow you before you can send them a DM.
You can't. Psh, of course you can^^ He followed me XD Just keep tweeting him over and over and eventually he'll follow you. If you tweet him over and over, it's a larger chance for him to see your tweet and then he'll follow you and you'll be able to DM (Direct Message) him. Good luck!
Justin has to be following you for you to DM him. once he is following you go to his page and click options (it's right beside the lists icon near the top of his page.) and then click direct message. it should take you to your mailbox and you can DM him.
This was not a real answer.
You can DM all people on Twitter. The problem with DM'ing some people is because they have not yet followed you. Until a person follows you back you will remain unable to DM them. Once they have followed you back you can do both public (@) and private (DM) conversations. Unless, of course, they stop following you for whatever reason. The moment they do that you no longer will be able to DM them. Good reason to maintain Twitter etiquette and playing nice on Twitter else you be unfollowed. Or worse, even blocked. If you receive to many blocks your Twitter account can actually be suspended. All part of the way the world works on Twitter.
You can use Direct Messages (DM) to do this. However, the person you want to DM must be following you.
'DM' stands for 'Direct Message' - a message that you can send to someone privately without it appearing on your timeline.
umm... ya im pretty sure you can
When a user says they are DM you they are Direct Messageing you. This is a type of private chatting. None of your or their follows can not see the chat
Confirmed by DM (on twitter) to Louis' mum Jay that "No he doesn't. x"
