He's not really interested in anybody. But the girls that have the biggest chances with him are Karin and Sakura. Karin because she's on the same team with him later on and spends a lot of time with him, and Sakura because of her past friendship with him (and because he knows how she feels about him and didn't COMPLETELY deny her). I think Sakura has the biggest chance but I doubt anything will happen between them. Who knows though? The author always likes to keep us all guessing.

Sasuke is going to die if he continues they way he is now. He's already reaching past his limit. If he refuses to kill people he hardly knows, I highly doubt he would kill Sakura. Once she does, she'll be able to tell Kakashi who is the temporary Hokage at the moment, and things will be taken care of.
