Although lime has not been proven to keep rats away, some natural methods like growing mint or citronella plants in your garden has been suggested as an effective way to keep rats away from your home. Peppermint oil can also be used as a deterrent, as well as raw sweet potato, which is actually poisonous to rats. However, if you have a serious infestation its probably best to call an exterminator.
we can keep rats away by putting rat medicines
If you have a problem with mice in your home or office, there are several ways to get rid of them and prevent further invasions. To keep mice from getting in, make sure there are no holes in your floors or walls that mice can use to get inside. Also keep food products, such as animal foods, crackers, flour, etc put away in sealed containers where mice can't get to them, as they will often go inside to find food. If you use traps, make sure you keep any rat poison away from the reach of kids and pets.
No, mice and rats are two different species. Rats have rat babies, mice have mouse babies.
I do not believe pet rats keep mice away. My ratties run free in my room and there are still mice in there as well. They think it is great with all the food and treats they can steal. I (asril) think that they probably do a bit, because rats are natural predators of mice, and studies have shown that when rat scent is present, mice are more nervous than normal and many more miscarriages occur in result of the mom not wanting to endanger herself and her babies, so if you keep the food and treats out of reach of where mice can get them, so they are not tempted, even though it probably wont keep every mouse out of the whole house, any where with a 'rattie' smell will probably not have any mice, and there will be less mice through the rest of the house.
no they do not if you keep them outside 15ft away from your house
You don't you little rat. Don't hack and play the game fairly. Just wait and get the normally yah rat.
no. rats are one of mice's natural predators is will stress the mouse out and could even kill it!
mice
use lots of mouse traps and hope they go away then if the dont get a rat or mice exterminator
From what I have read, Rats eat mice, so I wouldn't recommend putting the two together!
The have the same face but a rat is bigger then a mice
Mice usually try to run away from you, but rats do climb all over you if you font move too much. It does depend on the specific mouse or rat though.
