Really, any mouthwash is safe to use.
In my opinion, no! Most alcohol-based mouthwashes are too harsh for the mouth & gums. Try get your hands on a good TEA TREE or ALOE VERA mouthwash. ALOE DENT is a great one, I use it all the time with great results! It is all natural, with absolutely no nasty ingredients. They make toothpastes too! Should be available in most healthfood stores or at least available to order from your local one. :)
No.
If it's the computer-generated one with a bottle of Listerine swinging on vines through the jungle, it's "Tarzan Boy" by Baltimora.
His name is Sun Hong
The more you smoke the more likely you are to get gum disease, and your teeth might fall out. Just brush up, use total listerine care to prevent this. http://www.alternet.org/story/76496/
Alcohol has been used for many years by leading oral care manufacturers as a way to "kill the germs" that people at one time associated with bad breath. Research has shown that it is not really the bacteria that we want to kill, but rather what is known as the "volatile sulfur compounds" produced by this bacteria. It's not necessarily bad, but I recommend alcohol-free dental products.

Practice good oral hygiene by brushing your tongue gently with a toothbrush or tongue scraper to remove bacteria and food debris. Stay hydrated to help maintain saliva production, which aids in washing away bacteria and keeping the tongue clean. Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, as they can contribute to oral health issues and a coated tongue. Eat a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables to promote overall oral health and prevent conditions like thrush or inflammation of the tongue. Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and cleanings to ensure optimal oral health and address any tongue-related concerns.
