It is possible to alter the test with Epsom salts however it may not cause you to pass! You may be aware that THC is stored in fat cells but drug tests don't measure amounts of THC but the metabolites in your urine which is why people say drink water. If you do choose the Epsom salts I would recommend staying home for a day or two because you will be in the toilet most of the time!
