In almost all cases, the USPS delivers mail on Saturday, but not Sundays. Some circumstances such as extreme weather will force them to deliver on Sunday. However, there are two (formerly three) towns where mail is delivered on Sunday, and not Saturday. Those towns are Collegedale, TN and Angwin, CA, both home to large Seventh-day Adventist communities.
Yes, the post office processes mail on Sunday. Mail is always moving. But, not on national hoildays, though. However, the mail does not move as quickly on Saturday/Sunday. For example, a letter delivered to a Saturday 5PM pickup box will not make it to a destination on Monday, that would normally be delivered to the next day, if it were mailed from that same box at the prior day 10AM pickup.

Yes they do, but only for certain areas. They deliver within the M25 and to several major cities in the UK. There is an additional charge for this (currently £14.49). I believe it is delivered by Royal Mail - so they must have a special arrangement with them, By the way this is also known as Evening Delivery, except that on a Sunday it is between 14:30 and 17:30.
