Does makeup affect the skin

If you wear foundation it blocks your paws up in your skin therefore you will get spots. Some people get spots very easily whereas other people do not get them so much. If you have wore foundation in the day you should wash it off at night with makeup remover wipes or soap.

How to have healthy skin and prevent spots:

• Wash your face at least 2 times a day.
• Buy spot cream from either a chemist or a super market.
• To keep your skin hydrated and nice looking you should plenty of water.

Note: If you are stressed you will get spots quite easily.

yes it does Lots of people just think it will give them spots but they do alot more than that. All liquid foundation contains cyclopentasiloxane which very dangerous and when it was tested on animals it produced tumors and skin irritation. It also contains dimethicone which is used to fill holes and this is what clogs up your pors. I would recommend wearing powder foundation or tinted mosturiser. Mabye you could not wear make up at all.

To begin with, using lip gloss increases chance of lip cancer, because it allows the suns rays to penetrate the skin.

Also, using eyeshadow and blush and keeping them on for a long time can block your pores, thus affect the transport of oxygen.

Mascara increases your chances of pink eye & eye infections.

Also, almost all different cosmetic types contain chemicals that can cause cancer, or have never been tested and most are not even written on the label. These chemicals are absorbed through your skin & go DIRECTLY to your organs

So yeah, make-up can affect your skin & health.

However, please remember that:

1- These things happen when there is a LOT of use of make-up

2- Lip gloss with SPF can prevent the lip cancer, however some lip gloss's contain lead, which is toxic to our body.

Sorry, its not. Foundation is known to clog pours, and goes IN your skin and that can increase acne and premature wrinkles. If u REALLY need coverage, be sure you use a really small amount.

If u dont really need coverage, but still want flawless skin, be sure to use powder concealer or bronzer. They are both minerals and they dont go IN ur skin. They are better to use.

Oh and make sure you ALWAYS clean ur face with face cleanser before applying makeup to prevent future acne and clean ur face every night before you go to bed :)
