Tyco Toys were bought out by Mattel. They still exist as Tyco R/C. under the Mattel label. There product line was split up and the Sesame street line and Magna doodle were placed under the Fisher Price brand. Yes it is still possible to source these original toys but they are now eeither under Mattel or Fisher Price
