It depends on what type you get. The traditional recipe mayonnaise types do contain saturated fats. Some of the newer types, especially those with olive oil, do not. Your best bet is to always check your labels. Fat types should always be clearly marked.

Broccoli contains no fats, it is a vegetable.
Unsaturated fats are healthier than saturated fats. Saturated fats are triglycerides with a saturated fatty acid. Saturated fats contain no double bonds and are fully saturated with Hydrogens. Each carbon in a saturated fat is bonded to a Hydrogen atom. Because of this structure the levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL) can increase and can clog arteries. On the other hand, unsaturated fats contain at least one double bond. This means that at least 1 Carbon atom is not saturated with Hydrogen molecules. The double bond introduces "kinks" into the molecular shape of the molecule thus helps lower LDL cholesterol and doesn't easily clog arteries. Quick summary Saturated fats - all carbon atoms are full of hydrogen - contain single bonds only (not including the double bond in the fatty acid) - easy to clog arteries Unsaturated fats - contain at least 1 double bond - at least 1 Carbon is not fully saturated
Saturated fats contain only single bonds between carbons, whereas unsaturated fats contain at least one double bond.
