The Memorex CD/DVD label maker software only works with the Windows operating system. There are many alternatives available for the Mac such as DiscLabel (See links below).

No they are not. I have a Brother label maker and the Dymo address labels do not work with mine. You will need to make sure your machine allows for that brand.
Some Microsoft programs work on Macs. If you have an old Mac, it will most likely not work. You need to have new and updated Macs. You also need to make sure you buy a Microsoft program that works with Macs.

Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and higher will only work on Macs with an Intel processor not on earlier Power PC Macs. Some install discs supplied with a particular line of Macs will not work on other Macs. So to answer the question... No.
