Milk does help dark circles and puffiness. Dip 2 cotton balls in milk. Squeeze excess and apply on eyes for 10 mins. Rinse off and apply your favorite eye cream. Be gentle with your eyes and make sure you apply the cream with your pinky finger or ring finger. These 2 fingers does the least tugging. The eyes are very delicate and you don't want to make them look pre mature before your time.
Hope this helped.

Some of the most common allergy symptoms include runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, itchy nose or eyes, nasal pressure and hives. Generally, allergies are caused by pollen, mold, dust and pet dander. Often allergy medicine is taken to help alleviate these symptoms. Antihistamines are used to help reduce various symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing and itchiness. Decongestants are used to help relieve a stuffy nose. It is recommended that a doctor be consulted before taking either of these medications.
Allergic responses can vary from not even knowing you are allergic to needing to go to the Emergency Room for immediate help. Usually it will begin with a reaction similar to being allergic to pollen, runny nose, watery eyes etc, and that may be as bad as it gets and an allergy pill will typically take care of it. Other times it can be more severe and result in hives, and even anaphlactic shock resulting in emergency help. You can have a doctor perform a 'allergy panel test' to check you for an allergy to horses and they can tell you how severe your reaction may be or become. There are pills and shots that can be used to help relieve allergy symptoms.
