Beside the records (Hybrid Theory, Reanimation, Meteora, Minutes To Midnight and A Thousand Suns) there are several EPs and demo tapes that contain studio recordings (Xero Demo Tape, Hybrid Theory EP, LPU 2, LPU 4, LPU 6, LPU 8, LPU 9, LPUX, LPU11, Demo Sampler, that's about everything I know).
Additionally there are quite a lot of collaborations, e.g. "We Made it" by Busta Rhymes feat. Linkin Park, "It's Going Down" by X-Ecutioners feat. Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn (both LP) or "Slow Ya Roll" by Young Buck feat. Chester Bennington.
You might also check out "The Rising Tied" by Fort Minor and "Out Of Ashes" by Dead By sunrise. Those are records the singers did apart from Linkin Park.

Linkin Park has mixed a lot of different genres together, there are bits of punk and rock here and there. I think the songs you could descbire the most punk rock are 'Given Up' and 'No More Sorrow' from Minutes to Midnight.
