No. I used Mixxx for about a year and it doesn't contain any viruses. Moreover, it's open source software. Open source software is extremely virus safe because anyone can download and look at the source code, so if someone put a virus in it than other programmers would know right away and take it out.
Mixxx is a good program if you are learning to DJ (and the best Linux solution I've found) but the team working on it no longer seems to be supporting it and it feels unfinished. Notably, it has a bug where the music library never refreshes. But like I said, if you are just learning, it's a good choice and certainly virus free.
