I wouldn't. This is a steroid. It has applications in nasal inflammation and closed skin inflammation, but steroids in open cuts isn't all that beneficial. For most small cuts I prefer a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and beta-dyne scrub, then water rinse, dry and bandage.
