It depends on how you look at it. Momo was in truth very delusional about Aizen. Some people might construe that she had a crush on him, but it might also be seen as hero worshiping. I lean more to the second of the two, rather then the first, but that doesn't mean that the possibility of a crush isn't in there, which is why it may be taking so long for her to get over it, and why she turned on the person she grew up with as family.
