Most of the mass of an atom is due to protons (1.0073 amu) & neutrons (1.0087 amu) the other component, electrons, only has a mass of 0.00054858 amu so its contribution is generally insignificant.

Yes. Electrons' masses are only about 1/1800 of the masses of protons or neutrons.
