its what a cat does
It means the cat likes you.
a cat will purr when in pain as well as when happy
that she loves uDefinetly love and it means she is in a good mood too. My two adult cats (one mzle and one female) do the same thing. The female of mine, however, rubs on boxes, corners or anything with an edge to show a good mood, while the male rubs on people to get them to love him by scratching and/or petting his head.
you feed it and love it when it wants to be loved. how do you know that? when your cat rubs your legs and your body, it is allowing you to pick it up and love it. otherwise, just give it its space. you feed it and love it when it wants to be loved. how do you know that? when your cat rubs your legs and your body, it is allowing you to pick it up and love it. otherwise, just give it its space.
If a cat rubs on a object, then it is adding it's sent to it, as a way of making the thing it's teritory. If it rubs it's face on you that is a sign of affection and love.
It means the cat likes you! When a cat rubs against you, it is marking you, saying that you are his/ hers. They have scent glands in there chin to put there scent on you. Don't push them away because that means (to them anyways) that you don't love them!
A quick-tempered thin-skinned rarely speaking sadistic Russian cat had to compete against butch for his love? A quick-tempered thin-skinned rarely speaking sadistic Russian cat had to compete against butch for his love?
maybe your cat doesn't pur because she doesnt get enough attention or doesnt like the attention you are giving her. my cat purs when she is happy and is being cuddled not when she is getting bad attention like chasing her!!!!!!!!!!
No, it probably doesn't mean they hate you. Each cat has it's own personality. Some cats just don't like rubbing against your legs. But they can show they like you in different ways. Like sitting on your lap, purring, and other signs of happiness.
When cats rub against someone leg they are marking their teritory; so when other cats come along they know that you belong to another cat and then they will rub against you to mark their teritory and so it goes on.Cats also rub your legs to show affection or because they are hungry. My female boss cat only does this when I am standing close to her food bowl or I have lunch meat in hand.
It means they want you to get in the mood for a Fark
