does your key have a button or two on it? if so this may be a give away, however if the button dont seem to do anything then usually its possible to get the keys apart and do a battery change, however some keys require a manufacturer check up or replacement ( usually not cheap! ) if however your key does not have a button or you dont have a fob then you may well not have central locking, best thing to do is phone vauxhall and tell them your registration and they will tell you if you should have it and may send you a fob for a fee ( again not cheap, in some cases you may be looking at £40 quid plus.

You can it 7x17" alloy wheels on a 1999 Vauxhall Corsa. Just make sure they do not rub on the wheel arches. If you want to be 100% sure about it, then go for 7x16" alloy wheels.

In my corsa you need to pull the middle switch out. The one that adjust the power of the ventilator... It actually has a little sign of back window demister on it.
My 1999 V Reg does. So Im guessing the answer is yes. there s an electric motor built into the steering column.
behind the glove box on passenger side,remove fuse box and central locking fuse is round the back of it.
12v means 4 valves per cylinder works out at 3 to me
