Not really - it depends on the quality of the nail polish, the amount of layers you put on and the quality of the remover.
I find my cheaper ones chip quickly or wear faster.
Glitter nail polish is a lot harder to get off though.
Color doesn't matter. It depends on the thickness of the polish. The heavier it is, the longer it takes to dry. Certain brands will also dry faster then others.
It dries faster when dry.
the temature for your nails is cold cause warm will just wipe off and you can also put an ice cube on your nails and it will dry. P.S I just did this it worked

Try soaking it in warm water then using Nail Polish remover and throwing them in the wash.

Salt dissolves faster in cold water
Nails polish remover or hot water. You can soak your nails in hot/warm water and take an electrical nail file and remove it. Or you could be cheap like me and rub it off with nail polish remover. Depending on the nail glue that you used, non acetone nail polish remover usually works the best.
Some warm, soapy water should do the trick

Soak in warm water, and rub gently with soft cloth. The skin has natural oils that will build up under the nail polish and it will rub off when soaked in warm water. Good Luck!
