The drug testing at O'Reilly is not done for pre-employment. However, anyone who has to drive a vehicle (delivery drivers, truck drivers, managers, outside sales people, etc) do have to take a drug test (not sure what type) as "part of DOT regulations". If you do not drive for the company, there is not a drug test.
