Generally, a primary care doctor should be able to treat a wart. In extreme cases, you may be referred to a dermatologist to treat the wart. If your wart is not too bad, you may be able to treat it yourself at home with an over the counter product.
There are a number of good over the counter wart removal creams. Some of those with the best reviews include 'Duofilm Liquid Salicylic Acid Wart Remover' and 'Compound W Freeze Off Wart Removal System'.
You can go to a doctor and they will prescribe a medicine to help keep the warts on your feet away.
Your best bet to treat a wart is use a compound W treatment on it. This will freeze the wart itself and after a couple of treatments the wart will just fall off.

Over the counter wart treatments are safe, but they are not always effective. Depending on the type and size of the wart, it may remain even after 5 or 6 tries of treating it. If that is the case, then you will need to see a dermatologist.
Depends on where the wart is on your body.
You had better consult your dentist on that one.
