The paper comes from trees there for it won't melt. Waxes are mixed with different papers so some may be stronger against high temperatures. If you put flame to paper it will burn.
no.
black absorbs heat, giving it more heat to melt the ice
Sort of depends on what you mean melt. It will melt/burn when high heat is applied to it. And it will melt if there is moisture in the air for it react with.
It depends what it's made of. Normal ceramic is unlikely to melt but would probably crack. Steel might melt in an extremely hot fire. Plastics would melt.
depends on the heat but usually it will melt

You can't melt paper. Heating paper will simply result in it burning. Heating it in the absense of oxygen will cause it to chemically break down into carbon and water.
No paper has magical freezing properties!

Nothing but it may melt it sometimes
The snow under the black paper will melt faster as the paper absorbs the heat while the white paper reflects it.
Try using paper and a hot iron. The iron will melt the wax, and the paper should absorb it.
Black coloured paper will absorb the sun's heat quicker than lighter colours.
