I'm pretty sure frameshift error will occur, causing the sequencing of amino acids wrong :)

while doing experiments the analog readings should be taken very carefully ..the pointer should be in a parallel axis with your eyes so that the reading will not deviate from right one.otherwise error may occur this error is called parallax error. this error can be avoided by placing mirror at bottom of dial to adjust the axis with your eye by seeing in to mirror and the pointer
According to my understanding it is the pressure that gets applied on the measured body by the instrument itself. For excample: If u are measuring a cube with a vernier caliper then there is a chance that a error may occur due to the pressure applied by the teeth of vernier caliper while tightening it..
