Yes, they do, though I do not recommend buying from them. I know not all Petlands are bad, but there have been quite a few cases where the hamsters are ill and die weeks or even days after purchase (look it up.) My own hamster that I bout from Petland a week ago, for example, apparently does not have her incisors (the long front teeth rodents are known for.) We didn't notice until after we brought her home and got a good look at her when she yawned. It's a good thing we noticed in time, otherwise she would have died of starvation. We feed her soft food now, and I've waited a few days before contacting Petland about it because the teeth are supposed to grow back, but I haven't seen any results yet, so I may be paying them a visit soon.
Whether it was just that hamster that was like that or all the hamsters have something wrong with them (I know that's not totally true because I have gotten a healthy hamster from them before,) I think you're much better off looking for one in Petsmart or Petco.
It depends on the type of hamster
Generally Syrians cost $14.99-19.99
And dwarfs cost $12.99-19.99
U can get dwarfs like ROBOROVSKI's for even $10 from your local breeder from sites like kijiji which are much tamer and friendly as breeders handle their pets and offsprings more than mills, that plus they stay with mum for the full 3 weeks (some pet stores acquire their animals at 3 weeks old to SELL (therefore shipping/transport from mills to store means the babies left mum too soon) can result in behavioral problems, timid, less healthy babies)
Syrians from breeders online also sell for $10
And RUSSIAN winter white dwarfs can be sometimes obtained for just $3! And they are tamed!
petland doesnt sell cats but once in a while they have a kitten sale for $85 per cat
Yes they do!~ :D Hope I helped,

not really but you can go to a shelter and also you can get a other breed of hamsters.
if you had hamster babies then if is save to give them away or sell them from 5 to 6 weeks depending on their behavior
It depends on what country, state, county, and city you live in. Depending on your plans for your hamsters, you should also contact the Department of Agriculture.
Yes, Petsmart stores do sell the Winter White hamsters. They are active at night and cost around $12 per hamster. They are recommended as pets for children over the age of 10.
