Yep, except its more of an explosion than a burn
An injector (all modern cars to my knowledge) shoots a mix of air and fuel into the piston which is then ignited by the spark created by the spark plug. This forces the pistol to complete a revolution which in turn allows for another round of fuel vapour (ie the air/fuel mix) to be injected
Who told you it is harmful? It is only harmful if it is a Diesel engine. If it is a petrol (gasoline) engine then Petrol is what it takes to run.
Only if your car has a steam engine. Water will not burn in an internal combustion engine.
Yes, putting petrol/gasoline in a diesel engine and running it will cause severe damage to the engine.
Not a big deal, really. Just drain the tank and you are good to go. However, if you put gasoline(or petrol, how you call it) and start the car, you will probably need a new engine.
the carbon dioxide which comes from the burned petrol of cars is definitely harmful if you directly breathe it in, but not really harmful otherwise
Usually heating is done by passing air over the hot engine so no extra fuel (gas/petrol) is used.
A car runs on diesel or petrol depends on the engine of the car
Oxygen and petrol or diesel is burned in a car engine, it is not formed
if cars do not have petrol they will not work because petrol burns in the engine and the car moves forward
yes all you do is put it in your car or an a fire and burn it
Petrol is British name for Gasoline
