I saw on a forum that many people are playing, petting, and holding cats in various petstores (for example petco) but I'm sure if you ask politely, the petsmart volunteers/employees will let you c:
It's also really good if you pay them a little extra attention, It's never a bummer to say hi
I plan on asking them the next time I go somewhere near a pet store, I'm pretty sure they won't say no. (I also saw on a video of a couple in petstore and they were petting, holding and cuddling with the cats, so adorable!)
They might also talk you in to adopting one, and I must warn you, it's hard to say no. Good luck!
Yes, PetSmart and PetCo both allow you to bring in your pets.
yes,at a store like petsmart
Petsmart does not sell cats BUT most of them do have a cat adoption center that Petsmart is in partnership with.
You can find many at Petsmart along with other pets.

Yes, you can get them at pet stores like petsmart and some petcos.
Ask the landlord if you can get pet because a neighbor got pets, and hold a good argument.
Pet Shopping is shopping for pets. Like Petstores like Petsmart.
petsmart or petsupermarket anywhere that sells food and toys for pets.
Not sure, but at Petsmart you can get them for$20.00 On sale but regular $25.00
It can technically be both but if you check their logo the word pet is in red while smart is in blue. Which would lead to it being pronounced Pet Smart
Both! Pets Mart because you buy pet stuff there; Pet Smart because it is smart to shop there for your pets because you get good deals.
