Yes - a all-in-one computer is very much like a desktop that it requires a dedicated power supply but in hardware specifications may resemble a laptop to save space and weight.
The power cord has no continuity in the "N" wire. I checked all three with an ohm meter and the "N" wire had no continuity. An "open" of some kind. I am now looking for a replacement power cord to avoid taking it apart and "hard wiring" a cord in. Office Depot claims not to have parts for these shredders, i.e., replacement power cords. A Dell computer power cord will not work. (At least mine didn't).
All you need to do is plug in your Usb cord into your computer
On the left side of the computer (with all the ports) and on the very end. You will know it's plugged in when the red or green light is lit.
An HP A6119H uses a standard power cord that all PC's use. So don't bother ordering a specific power cord from HP. This may be expensive. Standard power cords are usually only a dollar or two.
Yes, the cord used for a iPod can be used for a iPad. All of apple products use the same cord.

To power all the components of a computer.
Its all in the power supply. If there is a switch that lets you change the input voltage from 240 to 120 then you are fine. Most computers have this switch on the power supply, its located on the back of the computer up by the top. All you will have to do is change the plug on the cord to fit that country's 120 volt receptacle.
You can buy a power supply for a computer at any computer supply or office supply store. There are many of these stores in malls and they range in size from the Mom & Pop store to the large chain stores. There are also direct access sites to the companies who produced the computer and they could supply the specific power supply you request.
No they don't
Yes but the power cord is an option.
I had this problem once before all that happened is the cord was unplugged. the cord should be below the reservoir and right around the power steering lines. Each end is green its not very big. If there connected the wire is probably broken somewhere.
