This process is known as regulation. Nervous or hormonal signals trigger a series of cellular responses within the organ, leading to changes in its activity. This allows the body to maintain homeostasis and respond to internal and external stimuli.

If you have missed any birth control pills, take a pregnancy test. If not, there is less cause for concern. Absence of withdrawal bleeding can happen when you're on hormonal birth control. Because hormonal birth control decreases the amount of flow, sometimes it can disappear altogether. For some women, this is a welcome change, and for others it's a cause for concern. If it happens again next month, and it worries you, contact your health care provider to discuss the possibility of a change in pills to one with a different hormone profile. And do take a pregnancy test if you have any other symptoms of pregnancy.
Its simple. Nothing is permanent except change; Nothing in life is permanent, nothing will always be there except change. No matter what you do, life and the world around it will always change. But nothing else is permanent. The only thing that lasts forever is change.

Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different... there is no way to know for sure but more often than not it is usually the absence of menses(period). Although a missed period does not always mean pregnancy... another sign would be hormonal change. Mood swings and sudden happiness or depression are signs of pregnancy along with bloating and frequent urination. Your best bet would be to take a test...
it could be anything, stress, change in diet, is there a possibility you are pregnant?, i think if you are bleeding anything close to a normal period you are notpregnant, if you are on any type of hormonal birth control that can trigger it as well
'Change is permanent.'
