Cranberry juice is the best or alot of water, if you have a drug test in a week or two drink about two glasses of cranberry juice a day until the drug test and also drink plenty of water.

Drink plenty of water, 8 glasses at least per day. Eat only fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and lean protein such as fish and poultry. Have mainly a liquid or watery diet for the first 2 days, but some solid food is important for maintaining health. Use only organic food, and no: store- bought bread, yellow cheese, processed or factory food, butter, or preservative/artificial colour filled goods. Do this for 10 days, then modify some principles to fit your daily diet and cleaner body.

Consuming a massive amount of apple juice will not only clean your system but, supply you with essential raw material to create a positive outlook on life. Forget all that hype about Orange Juice and is vitamin c, apple juice will satisfy the mind and body. It could save your life.

∙ 14y agoSOMEONE I KNOW ACTUALLY DOES THIS & IT WORKS EVERYTIME.... 24 hrs. before test: If you take a gallon of o.j. and add 1 capful of bleach (shake well) & drink it all within 2-3 hrs. then follow up with drinking atleast 6-8 glasses of water before test, you'll test clean for meth, coke, & similar speed-type drugs. (Helps if you discontinue drug use atleast 2-3 days prior to test too.)
AnswerCoke, meth, and opiates leave your system in around 2 to 5 days (3 days on average) anyway. So chances are, this person would be testing clean anyway, without the bleach.
Bleach is a DEADLY POISON. And there is no good evidence to say that it will cleanse your system of drugs. There are only apocryphal guarantees made by anonymous people on the internet.
