but before you put ice~
wash your face with hot water to open the pores.. or dip a facetowel on hot water then gently wipe to your face.
after, you wash with facial cleanser or soap..
then rinse with cold water to close the pores!
you can put ice, gently, not too long~ just an ice cube will do but first wash it so it wont stick to your skin.
its for tightening pores
do it for days so you can see the results

∙ 11y agoYes, it is. Rubbing ice on the face increases blood circulation. It's not bad... in fact it helps to close the open pores.
This is done is proper way:
1. First cleansing of ur face with cleansing milk
2. Rubbing with scrubber.. now many good facial scrubber are available in the market..
3. Steaming.. after rubbing face.. steam is given so that i remove dust and dead cells from skin..(2-3 minutes)
4. Then comes ur ice rubbing... see.. it is done.. so that pores which is opened will close.. the main purpose of ice is to close open pores...
5. Finally face pack..
I hope u understand when the ice should be used..
again if u have very very sensitive skin.. do only for 1-2 minutes.. that's sufficient..
