Meat is supposed to be part of your daily diet. Before cooking just cut off the fatty area but too much; beef isn't good for your heart. But fish is very low in fat; you can have a lot of fish - not fried though. Chicken is low in fat. Pork isn't really that good for you in all. This may gross you out but there are worms in pork.
